Tuesday wrap up

As today comes to an end, it was a great day! Finished the day with an amazing hot yoga class and now for a good nights sleep! There is nothing like. Starting the day with a higher intensity workout, having a productive work day then finishing the day with relaxing yoga and a night in with the family. Great balanced day indeed!

Todays menu:
Meal 1: 1 cup brown rice puff cereal with protein shake as milk

Meal 2: quest bar with apple

Meal 3: tomato, kale omelet with basil and garlic and side quinoa

Meal 4: greens drink with egg whites (keeping it light before yoga)

Meal 5: big gina approved chicken apple salad with sesame oil

Meal 6: protein shake with chia seed

Off to bed. Have tomorrow's WOD planned... Have to prepare and plan to get excited got what tomorrow brings...

Wednesday WOD:
  • Run 1 mile
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 100 Roman chair straight leg lifts
  • 100 x Push Press
  • 100 x Push-ups
  • Run 1 mile

50 x back extensions

2-2 minute plank hold

Have quit a workout and busy day tomorrow so off to bed. Night night
