Hope everyone had a safe and healthy holiday! It is the last day of the month. Ready for a new and exciting month ahead but before then have to finish off the day with a bang.
today's WOD
2 mile run
1/4 mile sprint, 2 minute recovery repeat 4x
4 rounds:
25 GHD sit ups
25 hanging booty extensions
25 roman chair leg lifts
25 lying leg raises
4 sets of 15
single dumbbell shoulder press
single side laterals
cable straight leg dead lifts
finished up with 4 rounds
25 body weight squats
25 push ups

Meal 3: Egg white salad with Sliced Strawberries
Meal 4: Protein shake with rice cakes and nut butter
